Disclosure Notice:
The APR is based on Wall Street Journal Prime, plus a margin of either 0%, .5%, 1%, 1.5%, or 3% determined by the borrower's loan amount and credit score. As of 12/15/04 the APR for Prime plus 0% is 5.25%, the APR plus Prime plus 0.5% is 5.30%, the APR for Prime plus 1% is 6.25%, the APR for Prime plus 1.5% is 6.75% and the APR for Prime plus 3% is 8.25%. Your Annual Percentage Rate may vary and cannot exceed 18%. Your minimum payment will be the greater of $50 or the amount of accrued finance charges as of the last day of the billing cycle. If you make no principal payments, you may have to refinance your line or have a balloon payment at the end of your loan term. There is a fee of $350 if your line is closed in the first 3 years. There is a Non-Use fee of $450 charged if the average outstanding loan balance is less than $5000 the first year of the Home Equity Account. Homeowners insurance will be required. Flood insurance may also be required. The minimum line amount in connection with this offer is $10,000. There is an annual fee of $50. Application is subject to normal credit standards for approval and subject to satisfactory appraisal and title report. Consult your tax advisor about the deductibility of interest for tax purposes.
